Madden 17 start up screen freezes

Hello my game is having issues on the xbox one to were when I stick it in it wont go past the screen with gronkowski on the front it just says loading in the bottom corner and doesent go any further and some times it says searching for profile and loading and still will not load please help I have never had this issue before.
