It is not fixed and I have the same issue.  Every time I add a item in MUT it crashes.

EA I've waited patiently while this problem has been addressed by many, and nothing has been said or done in months. And it's funny to me how y'all are running a loyalty rewards thing on yawls next Madden where you get 10% off. Well I was going to pre order but after this... you can keep it. Maybe 2k will come save us

I'm having the same issue and I have called customer care and nothing happens they say they are escalating the issue and I would hear back mind you i wait a week and nothing I call back and get shined again... Ea doesn't care this is the second problem I have had with them and no resolution to the first issue so I am not hopeful on this. Has anyone else got their issue resolved?
