What happens when the bug occurs? My ping constantly remains low between 20-35, however, other players appear as walking in place or teleport forwards and backwards causing bullets not to hit.

Hey @kjrambo,

the general rubber banding issue is being looked into and there were several tests that had been run on the CTE that addressed this. Stay tuned for an update, and thanks for the report!

Many of us PC players are suffering from the same issue since about last week. I play in my region and pick low ping servers, but the lag is so bad it even interrupts my repairs. I can't fly anymore either.
