Still happening, twice yesterday and one was a superior pack so a bit cheesed off.

Sadly, I misse some premium battlepacks too. And I just had bought the game. ^^
First I've got a black screen, and after that I saw for a very short time the item. Then I saw the Error. I tried it three times more and I could open one pack without an issue. But now i miss a "Winter-Update-Version battlepack" and two battlepacks "version 1".

Hope you'll fix it soon EA!
