Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play a CFM game or even a practice game and attempt to watch an instant replay. the Locked symbol appears and this part of the program is inaccessible.
What happens when the bug occurs? It occurs naturally every time you go to it.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the Instant replay unlocked and the entrance button not grayed out but lite and accessible.

The Instant replay is perpetually locked in CFM in game mode in Madden 17 for PS4. Anytime I play  a CFM  league game or even a practice game and  attempt to watch an instant replay of the previous play, the Locked symbol appears and this part of the program is inaccessible.

It will be locked until the previous play is "completely" over.

Wait for your next play call to be available, then go into menu and replay will be available.

I also have this lock for challenges as well as instant replay and it never works?? Is this a disk problem or a console problem???
