Input lag or delay ps 4 pro

Hi ,

Is anyone have delay between command to action in game for example when i hit the block button theres sone delay from when i push the r1 until the fighter blocking the punch 

Is it problem with my tv or console ? Because in the ps 4 menu there is not delay ._.
