Immediately losing connection to EA Servers

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? IDK
What happens when the bug occurs? Intermittently first game has black screen, exit game then restart then all ok, play for 5 to 10 mins then loses EA server fault. Have reset router and reinstalled game but still has fault.

I am sorry for all those troubles, you are having with getting online. Then have you first encountered this issue? Can you open corresponding TCP ports?
