Summarize your bug Played a round on 23rd Dec 2016, but didn't get the two superior battlepacks. I have (and had) Premium Pass purchased via Origin earlier in December.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unknown
What happens when the bug occurs? Battlepacks not received.
Please select your region Europe
In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest
AMD or Nvidia Model Number AMD RX480
Enter RAM memory size in GB 16

Hi,
Played a round on 23rd Dec 2016, but didn't get the two superior battlepacks. I have (and had) Premium Pass purchased via Origin earlier in December.

Support person "Kamalpreet" says I can get help here "packs you said was under holiday event , so we don't have option to add packs for these events . This can be directly added by developers end as it was an promotional offer from developer end . That's the reason i request you to add the bug in forum so that it can be directly viewed by developers and you will get what they offered."

Also: "as this was the promotional event under category " Holiday Event " which was hosted directly by the developers . I have consulted your case with the specialist and they have came up this resolution to post directly in forum . It will be my pleasure to assist you with all queries and provide you with the best resolution . In this case only resolution is to contact developers through forums . I wish I could have helped you with issue from my end , but believe me there is nothing i can do it from here ."

 

Also "sorry to tell you that its a bug issue , in these cases what best can be done is I am providing you a link of the forum where you directly can post the issue and raise a bug which will be directly taken care by developer team . Simultaneously , you can post the issue on community (Answers HQ)"

Hey everyone,

 

apologies for the long wait, but you should have received your festive battlepacks by now - just log in to the game and you should find them in your battlepacks tab. Have an awesome 2018!

i got his problem to i dint get my revision 12 and 13 battlepack i have premium i already contacted EA byt they dint help me

I had the same problem. It happened again today, too. I launched the game and received a message stating that I would receive several bonuses, including a free superior battlepack. There was no battlepack in my inventory, even after restarting the game. Frown
