Hello all,
I had been encountering this issue for a few weeks and decided to contact ea support (https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=nhl-18), choose your platform and then technical support (you can either request to be called back, call them or chat with a representative). I opted for the latter option and the representative handed my case in circa 15mn and I can apparently use the "buy it now" feature again (tried a small 3.5k item I could not buy before contacting them).
The only issue is we need to contact them each time it occurs so not that groovy but still, there is a way to fix that issue.

I can't buy any player or something. When I tried to click "buy now" my game crashed.

Did you get it fixed? I've read that it's coins stuck somewhere so EA has to clear them.
However the support never answers so I don't know how i'm gonna get it solved.

Да решил. Позвонил в поддержку, help.ea.com/ru/ , на сайте можно заказать обратный звонок с 12 00 по 20 00 по Москве. Объяснил ситуацию девушку оператору и попросил "Проверьте мою учётную запись". Она попросила подождать, сама обратилась в технический отдел. Они в ходе телефонного звонка проверили мою учётную запись. Как они пояснили они внесли изменения в мою учётную запись , а именно когда я покупал один из предметов на рынке сделка прошла НЕ корректно и зависла. ЕА сняли эту покупку и я сразу в ходе телефонного звонка смог уже покупать

Is anyone at EA going to fix this problem. I am obviously not the only one having this problem. Seems to only be with purchases under approx. 2000 coins buy now. I can bid but cannot buy now. Pretty ridiculous [Comment Removed - Admin.] I've had this issue for weeks now. Thanks for nothing.
