I completely agree with your statement. It's ridiculous that after countless reports and threads, including a petition, that we are still being told the same exact thing - it's on our radar. I call shenanigans on this. It doesn't make them money so they don't care. Why would they care about the time and lives of their most dedicated customers? **shrugs and eye rolls**
