This issue has to be fixed ASAP, it affects every guild that have a ticket requirement, and it's both the members and the Officer/Leader in charge of it, that is annoyed by it

This is a bug that is on our radar and being worked on, but with the other high priority content that needs to be addressed, this one may take a while.

*. This is the oldest bug in this game, you have issued countless updates and hotfixes since first report, knowingly overlooking it. There is no higher priority than fixing such an old annoying bug, but it seems fixing it will not make you earn more money, so you simply ignore it over and over. A slap in the face to us all.
