Gameface not working

Disappointed, uploaded pictures to gameface and when I try to reposition the images, they don't show. Only a gray grid.

We are aware of that particular issue. You can click next after flipping or rotating the images if required and proceed to the next step where you place the facial markers.

Thank you for your reply. Only issue is I can resize the photo properly because I can't see it. Although on my computer shows the photo the correct way up but the site uploads it sideways everytime

There is no 90 degree rotation available so you will probably need to retake the image. Maybe take two pictures one straight and one at 90 degrees so you will definitely be able to use one of them.
