Gameface keeps loading at step 4

I want to create a gameface but when I am at step 4 (putting the markers on my eyes and stuff) it keeps loading. I tried to do it with safari and chrome but either way it won't work. I have a new macbook pro so that wouldn't be the problem.

Hi,

When I upload both front and side images, I get the green ''very good'' symbol showing photos are OK and click NEXT. As seen in attached photo I cannot re-position the photos as nothing shows even if i zoom in/out.

If i press next i can place the crosshairs on my face but nothing happens as face would not be correctly positioned.

Any help?

I have the same problem. Spoke to EA by online chat, complete waste of time. They told me to report the bug so it's great to see that they aren't monitoring the forums!

I tried to recreate my Game Face and see the same as you guys so it does look like something is up here.

I get to step 4 and the spinning circle is all I get. It never loads. My pc keeps going into sleep mode from being idle so long. What's the deal? I have all requirements met and updated systems

I am having the same issue and have just reported it as a bug.

Hi Barry, is there some news about this issue? Unfortunately like others I'm not able to pass the 4th step of the procedure.
