Gameface 'Error uploading photos and generating gameface'

I've ensured that my photos meet the requirements (size, format) and did on the dots on the face. Once I try to generate it, it just always comes up with 'Error uploading photos and generating gameface' each time. I'm using the latest iOS on MacBook and using Safari and the browser. Any way to get this working?
