GameFace Wont upload to UFC 2. All steps are done correctly says support team

Game Face will not upload correctly.  Ive done all the proper steps.  My gamer tag is synced correctly, using the same email.  I get through every step when alining the dots to my face and i am using a 14.1 mp camera so the quality is second to none.  I have been trying to make a created fighter for over a month now and NO ONE AT EA GAMES CAN HELP.  This is a gift and i am starting to realize they are just giving me the run around.  You're stealing money through lies, if you cant help us then who can?
