How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to save a game
What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes and locks up causing me to lose all progress and having to restart the console.
What do you expect to see? Being able to finish a game or save a franchise without the game locking up. T
If your game crashed, about how many minutes were you playing before it crashed? Sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes over an hour. Makes no difference.

Did this issue happen in Connected Franchise Mode? No
The game freezes and locks up every time I try to finish a game, save, or delete a file. The autosave feature does not work at all either. This has been a problem with every Madden game I have ever purchased. I had nothing but problems with this game on multiple Playstation consoles, so I started playing on Xbox one and it has the same problems. I know this is a very common issue with Madden games. Has anyone figured out how to fix this? If EA can't get this fixed, I will never purchases another EA product again.
