I'm getting multiple errors, sometimes my images dont show for the face marker stage, if they do and I get all the way, I get an error message when I try to generate my gameface at the final stage

Do your images meet the following requirements?

Yeah all the images are correct, I'm getting the green ticket when they upload, sometimes it takes me to the next stage, I apply all the markers, finish everything and hit generate gameface and I just get an error saying 'We're sorry. We've encountered an error with your Game Face' @EA_Barry
