Game Face works up until 4th step

I have no issues getting my pictures uploaded, and getting the exact measurements for my face; but once I get to step 4 I'm faced with a never ending loading screen? May I please get some guidance on this? I've tried all 3 of my browsers, and made sure my requirements match what's necessary.

I have yet to play the actual game because of this issue, so I'd like to ask if I could possibly start a new career with a random character and eventually get my game face implemented onto the character in the career? Or, is it, once I create the character I can not adjust him throughout the career?

Once we resolve the issue you are seeing at step 4, you should be able to add your Game Face to your previously created character.
