Summarize your bug FPS capped at 60 in Borderless (VSync off)
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Set screen to Borderless and the FPS is capped at 60. I once fixed it temporarily by going Fullscreen, setting the gametime.maxvariablefps to basically anything (100,150,200) and then going back to Borderless. This doesn't fix it anymore.
What happens when the bug occurs? FPS is capped to 60. If you alt-tab from the game, you see it in the background (unfocused window) and the FPS there is fine and not capped to 60. When you Alt tab again and BF1 window is focused, its back to 60FPS. Needless to say Vsync is off.

In Borderless, FPS is capped to 60. If you alt-tab from the game, you see it in the background (unfocused window) and the FPS there is fine and not capped to 60. When you Alt tab again and BF1 window is focused, its back to 60FPS. Needless to say Vsync is off.
Edit: Just alt tabbed a few times, played around with maxvariablefps and now its fine, but this is still an issue as it happens quite frequently and comes back pretty much daily.
