Summarize your bug When starting the game, this error show up: " Engine Error CreateTexture2D Failed to create texture shadowdeptharray with AGS Return Code 0x5: width: 1024 height 1024 mips: 1 copies: 80 imgFormat: 0x10 flags: 0x6080000 " I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Even followed the system file checker. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833 Even got the support to tell me do clean boot, check my requirements and stuff.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Having a Radeon Rx 480 as the main GPU Geforce GTX 960 as the second. (Used for physx) By installing the game on windows 10 version 1607 from origin app. Starting it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Crashes. See screenshot attached.
What do you expect to see? The game to run obviously.

Found the issue root cause:

In the documents/respawn/titanfall2/local/videoconfig.txt file, there is this part

"setting.shadow_enable" "1"

If I set this to 0, the game starts.

I really hope the issue can be fixed during the week after holidays guys! This may be something very simple.

I opened a case to the support about that issue and they were asking me to do clean boot, disabling services and downloading a suspicious app to check hardware requirements(which I didn't do obviously).

Arguments to changes how the game starts! So.... what the hell is this * support? They even don't know what they are doing and they don't know what is the product they are supporting. That beeing said. I am trying those command line arguments to see if the issue can be worked around.
