EA Live won't log in for Madden 17

Summarize your bug My internet is working for and I've never had any issues with this but I can't play ea games online. I just keep getting a screen that says "in order to access online features for this title your Sony network account must be signed in and you must be signed into ea servers". It keeps reappearing as I try to sign in. No issues doing other stuff online but can't do madden or other ea games for some reason.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fixing the server?
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't play online
What do you expect to see? Be able to use online features

I think it's an verall ea server issue . I keep having trouble and I'm on xboxone
