Sounds like that's probably a Sony issue. Please try ro contact the PSN support, maybe they can help you more.

It's not a PSN issue as I have the same bug for this achievement on Xbox one. Several others do too and this bug has been present since release and has still not been fixed.

I logged in but the trophy didnt pop . i didnt have time to play so i am gonna play to get one more level and i am gonna post again

Ok, let me know if it is fixed now!
Maybe it will pop up if you play a match, if not then play until your next Level-Up. Could be that this Update the Trophy then!
