How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Bluetooth headset when not used, no commentary through TV. Only commentary won't play, all other game audio is fine. Doesn't work now with BT dongle unplugged from Xbox.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every time I load the game.
What do you expect to see? Change the "track" where commentary is, make it where all the other game sounds are.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline

That fixed it. Why do I have to switch to stereo for just the commentary to work? Thanks for the help.

I think it is just that the commentary audio is mastered in stereo rather than any surround mode.
