Summarize your bug The bug is that when you select the chemistry card you would like after completing the Chemistry 101 Sets, The EA Server gives you the incorrect card. There are MULTIPLE REPORTS of this happening. Adam W. EA Help said he was going to "knock this out" if there were more reports. I completed all of the Chemistry solos and went to complete the Tier 4 Chemistry set. I chose 88 ovr NAT card. I received/opened the pack and scrolled over to the Joe Haden with Blanket Coverage. I selected him and hit continue. The next thing I know, I go into my item binder to add him to my line-up and find out that I received the Read and React Joe Haden. Very disappointing.

This just happened to me too. I picked the read and react chem Joe Haden and after I confirmed, it changed to the physical front chem. I guess I should have picked the Blanket Coverage so I can get my read and react chem... Im positive this will get resolved.

Same exact thing happened to me, it was actually happening on tier 3 as well, but I caught it, then just went through with Joe Haden quick because I was all sorts of excited haha I was live streaming fortunately so I clipped it off and have a video of the issue. HERES A LINK.

I received an email from Adam W. from EA. He said they would work to "knock this out" if there were more reports of this issue. I hope EA takes a look at this as well as our public forum:

Is anything being done about this, this has gone on long enough, why have we not heard from anyone on this issue?

I have been told by Ayush T. from EA Help that this is being escalated to the Specialists. I have been told that they will reply to all of us once they have a fix for this issue. If you have not already, please open a case with EA Help so that all of our cases are escalated. It seems this is the only option so that the higher ups will realize that this is an error on their end that has been reproduced on multiple players' accounts.

I am being told that they cannot fix this from the specialist. EA Sports will not own up to their mistake. It seems they refuse to do their job and correct this. In my opinion, I would suggest never putting any money into a horribly broken game until they take responsibility for their mistakes.
