@gehaktbalsausjeSorry I'll rephrase. If you can post your dxdiag details it may help with figuring out what's happening here. 

The demo isn't limited in time or anything, you should be able to play as much as you want. 

I'd also like to ask you to run the Origin Errror Reporter.

Take the steps here and post the report number, and we can pass on the example to the studio.

Yes, does the launcher appear? If it does and it crashes when you try to start up your dxdiag details should help with finding the issue.

Another thing that may help is to restart your system with a Clean Boot, then (temporarily) disable your anti-virus and see if that has any effect on getting to the launcher.
