Platform:Origin
Summarize your bug I cannot make in-game purchases. When I try to, only a blank window from Origin pops up.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to multiplayer>customization>Store and try to purchase any product.
What happens when the bug occurs? A blank window from Origin appears with no options to make a purchase.
What do you expect to see? A window from Origin allowing me to make a purchase.

@theUSpopulation I see, for the next step can you wipe your Origin local cache?

@theUSpopulation Thanks for the post. Outside of the game, does your Origin work without issue?
Can you try grabbing Mass Effect 2 from the store and see if this works?
If it does, can you try restarting your system with a Clean Boot, then launch the game without launching any other programs, then check again?

@EA_David No, Origin does not seem to be working. It also has a blank screen. Picture for reference.
Edit: I preformed a clean boot and it fixed this problem with Origin outside of the game, but my original problem still remains an issue.

Sorry for the late reply but that did not work either.

Actually, clearing out the Origin local cache worked! I just did it wrong the first time around. Thank you so much for your time!
