Can't redeem pick ems

Summarize your bug It has been since 4/17 and when I go to quarterfinals pick em redemption one of my 16 choices from the Pick ems don't appear, when I go to my items it shows all of them but none of them have a check or x over them it has been 7 days and I need to claim these before the quarterfinals are over pls help, I called EA and they couldn't find a solution other than to report it as a bug
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It has just happened to me I believe
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't redeem my Pick ems and it's been a week
What do you expect to see? I'm supposed to be able to redeem my pick ems
