Can't rank up need help !

This is happening to me, I went from 13-15, then it reset, then went from 13-16 again and it reset AGAIN. So I'm done playing the game for now until this issue is resolved. Really pissing me off.

My issue is similar..but I am actually not Rank 10, I'm guessing its 500,000 pts.  But now I cant get EXP to get 10 anymore since it thinks I'm 10.  So stuck at 477k and it doesn't grow.

I'm not stuck anymore..I noticed theres a Rank 10-11 and EXP started moving and I ranked up and got the weapon!

@Shawmega Thanks for the post. i've seen a few folks reporting similar issues, hopefully their progress will continue too.

Everythings started working again about two days ago and my progress is all back. Thanks EA for fixing this.
