Bug - Sims away

Sims are not walking by my house anytime anymore.

As I've reported before they have already abandoned Downtown for a long time now, even turning the lights out and leaving only co-workers behind.

I've reported them vanishing from Downtown before, but it's the first time I mention that they stopped walking by my house for good.
