Bruce Lee 185 lb welterweight

Bruce Lee shows up at Welterweight at 185 lbs for me.  he is not within the welterweight limit in my copy of the game.  I downloaded the complete bundle and have tried to delete and reinstall both the game and the bundle many times.  What do I do?
