Battlefield 1 hit/damage bug

Summarize your bug It happens sometimes that in a match i can't inflict any sort of damage (melee,with rifles or with vehicles) like the damage that i should inflict is not registered,but still i can take damage from other players.This has happened for the second time in a gap of several months.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know,maybe is caused by bad connection,but when i was playing i was playing my ping wasnt so high
What happens when the bug occurs? When this happens i cannot deal damage to any player,i've tried in many different ways like with a melee weapon,or with vehicles but without results.

Here's a video to demonstrate it.At 1:40 minutes you can clearly see that i was not damaging him whatsoever.In the video you can see that sometimes i can hit some players,but in the majority of the time my bullets act like a ghost.

Hmm yep, you are not the only one. It's the problem of the ping from players or you. Please try  these links and maybe it will be fixed:
