What happens when the bug occurs? I don't get rewards

I had the same issue.

With out an in game tracker (looking at you EA) I am reasonable certain I got the required kills on the new DLC maps and the explosive kills.

But so far no reward, no dogtag or PTFO skin.

Is there a bug or should I just be patient?

I now have the tag but no weapon skin i can see

They still have troubles with the awards for the Players. But sry. we'r not able to help you here with missing Content.

A good way to get your rewards you don't have is to talk to the EA Advisers in a live chat and they will give it to you if u earned it and didn't have it unlocked if this help Plz give me xp

As i already said, here in the Forums we'r not able to help out with missing content from Community missions ect.
