Summarize your bug I woke up this morning missing my 90 playoffs Dwyane Wade that I auction 4 hours prior I never received the coins for the auction and or the card back.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By looking into my auction history
What happens when the bug occurs? The card dissapears
What do you expect to see? To receive the card back, and maybe some coins for my trouble

Please do the following troubleshooting as that may force a resync and prevent the need to contact us directly. If the troubleshooting does not help then wait until a full 24hrs has passed and check the game again before contacting us.

the advisors dont really do anything all they do is send you an AUTOMATED reply message sending you back again to the contact info page. its a big joke.

I had the same thing happen with 2 players I posted a little over a week ago. I was told to wait 24 hrs then nothing was there so I followed up. They said the players showed in my auction history but I never received coins or the players back. They offered me a pro pack as compensation for losing two 84+ ranked players. I said that wasn't fair accommodation and they said keep waiting then. This is so ridiculous.
