Summarize your bug On 1/23/2017 a bug in the Auction House caused 1 MILLION coins to come out of my account when I purchased a TOTY Defensive collectible for 5,000 coins. I started a case on the 23rd and it has been open the past 7 days, a "specialist" was doing an "investigation" but no reply ever came. I just got off the phone with support again who told me to come here and post about it.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fix your BIN filter in the AH.
What happens when the bug occurs? I used the Buy It Now (sorts by lowest price) and purchased a 5,000 collectible (was one of many purchased) and that particular one took 1 MILLION of my hard earned coins from my balance.
What do you expect to see? Some resolve from my personal experience as I spend hundreds of dollars a year on this game and worked all season to save those coins, and this late in the game can't keep saving to purchase a team. Seriously considering no more Madden from this point.

I placed them here because it says file is too large. I have been very patient with this, its been a full week and run arounds and false information (getting a reply from a "specialist" never happened and the guy on the phone says it won't)

Seven days of no answers from your phone support, zero response from your "specialist". Yesterday was my birthday, was hopeful for some kind of response to this - but EA has a reputation to keep up right? Truly truly disappointed in EA, after all the money I give you year in and year out.
