Assignment Challenges Not Working & Unlocking the New Weapons with Premium Pass

Summarize your bug Some Premium Pass holders are unable to unlock the They Shall Not Pass weapons through the Assignment Challenges on some or all Specialists. (Photos attached)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to complete every Assignment challenges until you notice you cannot see your progress going up and resetting to default. Works for most players.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot unlock the new They Shall Not Pass weapons, in my case apart from the Medic Class. Only the Support, Scout and Assault are only affected. This can be different with other players. In a match the Assignment challenge number counter seems to work fine however when in the Customize Soldier Loadout Menu it shows no number or % unlocked. I have seen other people with the same problem including friends, for example the Medic Assignment didn't unlock but Support worked for them and Medic worked fine for me but Support hasn't for me. Yes I'm a 10000% sure I have Premium, see photos attached. I feel like we shouldn't really have to do challenges anyway as it's not free content. I contacted EA support but they said they 'Did not have the tools to help me with this.' They told me to Restore Licences and re-install BF1 but this did not work me but I recommend trying anyway. Hope to see this fixed sometime soon or just scrap the whole Assignment Challenge idea to solve this instantly. Thanks for reading hope this helps. The problem is that It wasnt just the % counter in menu and the Soldier loadout menu affected. Sometimes you would see all of the weapons with only the names of the new weapons and not the numbers or % what so ever. Everyone would be happy if you could scrap the DLC weapon challenges for premium pass holders as I cant unlock things even if it worked. Call of duty allow you access to the new weapons straight away. Wish Battlefield was the same. Scrapping the challenges would fix the whole thing and make the game alot more fun to play.

Hello David. It has now worked for me but other people are still going through the same. This bug is still around. I also did not receive my PTFO Skin from battlefest week. Thank you.

I am also having the same problem. After playing an hour and a half match and completing the "get 15 kills in a round" for assault and support and the "get 5 headshots" for sniper and they were shown as completed in the customize menu (I have not yet competed the non "in a round" for those classes) during the round. But all of my progress was set to 0 after the match ended and the next started.

I am tired now having to use weapons that I don't like, don't suit my play style only to see no progress. I was able to unlock only support weapons, the other class weapons show no progress. Just give everyone access to the damn weapons as the system is obviously broken.

Yes I'm having the same problem as well completed the assignment for the Lebel Model 1886 Sniper three times over and still not unlocking the gun. Fix this a.s.a.p

I just unlocked the lebel, the periscope part is very buggy. It took me a few rounds and lots of deaths . It didn't seem to work unless you could spot the guy's whole body and then they died while spotted. I ended up running around with the periscope out and trying to spot and kill the guys myself.

The progress only seems to show up if you go into customise soldier while in an active round.
