Hey EA it seems like you are trying to avoid your customers. First you take the phone line down, so we can't call and then direct us to the chat option. Next you take the chat option down and direct us to email or a call back within how many hours. It seems like you are trying to turn your customers away and are sick and tired of us asking for your help. What's the deal here?! What's the use continuing the games if we can't get assistance from the creators of the game. It's our time that is in your hands remember that!
