missing emoji in autumn treats;blank square

Under Emojis, on the orange tab, within autumn treats..the first treat is just a white square. this happened last yr sometime. showed up while i had my S6 android phone. redoing the game did NOT solve. even when i got a new phone the S8..i did not transfer the game...just simply reloaded new. ** because i was linked to facebook i didnt loose any vital game ranks  ect ect. but yet again the white square is still there instead of the first autumn treat image. can you please FIX ?..within an update or something ?..if not can someone just tell me what it is?..thanks.

I have the same problem also. I sent EA an email about the issue and still have not received an answer or solution to the problem. They just said to ask the community.
