So charming acheivement missing 50 emojis

I have found 55 of 60 blue ones, (the missing ones are all front a us independence day set that cannot be completed - it says "currently unavailable. Look for more chances in the future". So I have 55 of 60 blue ones, 42 of 42 red, 48 of 48 purple, 42 of 42 green, 48 of 48 yellow, 42 of 42 white, 72 of 72 orange, and 85 of 96 acheivement collected. Adding it up gives me 434 emojis total. However, the "so charming" acheivement shows I have 384, with the next benchmark being 500. Somewhere, it lost record of 50 emojis. Is this normal?
