When you contact us, our EA Advisors will need your Player ID in order to help you. This ID is unique to you and your game.

On Mobile:

1. Tap the Settings cog icon
2. Tap Help & About
3. Tap About
   
   Your Player ID will be just below your game build version.

On Facebook

• Open Bejeweled Stars
• Click the Cog (Settings) in the top right corner
• Select Help & About
• Select About
  
  Your Player ID will be just below your game build version. "Your Bejeweled Blitz user id is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx".

• Expand the menu by clicking on the icon representing an arrow
• Tap Help 

Your Player ID will be just below the Go to fan page button. Simply tap your ID to copy it.

On Facebook

• Open Bejeweled Blitz
• Scroll down at the very bottom of the page and look for "Your Bejeweled Blitz user id is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx".
