Blast Off promotion not appearing for players

Many of the players are not getting the Blast Off! promotion. There was no update sent for it. I am playing on and iPhone with version 2.8.2. Others on the Facebook group, Bejeweled Star Players, are reporting the same problem. We saw the announcement for the promo but never got the update. Attached is the info we saw announcing the game as well as my Player ID. I spoke with Raveesh and he asked me to post this. He also had me uninstall the game, reboot my phone, download it again and login. This did not resolve the issue. Here is my earlier ticket number, 31857469.
