can't collect free gifts

I have tried Firefox, IE & Chrome (preferred) browsers. My free gifts are'nt displaying properly so I can't collect them.

The rest of the game works fine @BeckeD90808? That's odd. Try to update Flash or check if a pop-up/ad blocker is not causing interference with the game maybe? Make sure also to check that page if you haven't yet. It contains a lot of information.

Yes, everything else works fine. Just can't get gifts.

I haven't been able to collect my free gifts for a couple of days now. I have over 130 right now. I am very frustrated as it seems near impossible to get in touch with anyone who can fix the issue. I have purchased coins in the past and am now thinking that was a bad idea, as there seems to be no support for this game. Live and learn and I guess.

For me, it is not just collecting/sending free gifts.....when I do my daily spin, when I click on 'share', my friends list does not come up.
