My tokens are not being awarded after completing challanges

For the last week or so I have completed the challenges (such as beating a high score) and more than half the time the tokens are not awarded to me.  Just not there at all... I use them a lot, so it really is irritating when they aren't awarded when they should be. Anyone else having this problem?
