Lost earned coins

I noticed after a couple of days not playing the game I had lost most of my earned coins and I am thinking of deleting this game just for that reason! There has been times I have clearly won money on the slot machine prize and it not upload to now losing all my earned coins!!! What is going on with this app. I did not log out or anything

Are you playing on Facebook or mobile? If you are on mobile, make sure that you have not been logged out from Facebook. If you are playing on Facebook or haven't been logged out, could it be that you are buying rare gems?

I had an update to my app and when I seen my account all my earned coins were deleted.
