Large Sum of Coins Missing!!!!!!

Same thing happened to me last night but I had 8 million and ended up with NOTHING

help I just paid 2 times for spin deals $9.90 each time and never received them. I still want the spin deals that I just paid for so please fix it for me now!!.

I made some transfer today and got my coins up to 274,580 and then I went back into the transfer list to see how my other cards were doing and as soon as I backed out I had 0 coins. I tried to quick sell my player just to see if it was a glitch and the I quit the game and tried to come back to see if my coins will come back and no still had 0. Please help I spent time for these coins.
