Daily spin not working

Today I had 3 green gems on the daily spin but did not receive the reward of 100,000. Any idea why?

I lost out on 2 days of the daily spin. Yesterday was 100,000 and today was 500.00. The game is freezing up and i'm losing coins and tokens. I'm ready to quit if this keeps up!
