Christmas Blitz Game

Blitz game Christmas edition.  I can not load it up on screen properly, comes up but then flashes off to main Ipad page, also on computer it does not come up properly.  Is there a bug in programme?  I don't really want to delete it and loose my levels and points.  Any fixes please?
