Charged for coins (Solitaire Blitz) but did not receive.....

I just bought 400K coins to play Solitaire Blitz, got charged, but did not receive the coins! Paid through PayPal....What's up?

Happened to me on 4/3 (i bought 200,000 x 6) - I've been trying to dispute through facebook but it keeps giving me an error that says:

 

Your Request Couldn't be Processed

There was a problem with this request. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can.

I don't know what else to try.
