Bejeweled blitz boost

 I can't change my boost.  I have enough coins, how do I fix this?

Boosts last for 3 games.

You can cancel it straight after buying (or auto-renewing) the boost.

But once you've played a game with the boost, it's "locked in" until you've played the other two, and can't change or cancel it until those games are used up.
