Bejeweled Blitz for PC - new PC can't register Blitz

What is going on with Bejeweled Blitz for PC?  I just got a new computer and reinstalled from backup disk but cannot register game to play past trial period. Can't find any support for PC on EA website, so who knows what is going on with this?
