Hi @katsign618!

If you remember the email and you have access to that Email account you can easily rest your password clicking "forget your password?" on the login page.

If you can't remember the email as well you have to contact Ea help (https://help.ea.com/en/) as @Revan2000s suggested.

Do your remember your email and password? Eventually you can try contact with ea advisor. Just type ,, EA help,, in google.
